When most people think of inclusion or accessibility, they think wheelchairs and ramps but access and inclusion is just about making things available to everyone.

This kettle just keeps on giving, I will be using this example in my Tourism talk I am doing next week, not because I am obsessed (I AM) but because we often assume what access and inclusion is, without asking and on the flip side many businesses don't know where to start or what to do, so they do something and as my mate Kelly from Knowable.me says ...
